Surveys to Determine Insurance Amounts

Zagul performs property surveys for insurance purposes.

Such surveys are intended for company, factory and business owners who wish to insure the business in good faith with its actual value. Our skilled team performs surveys which accurately represent the true value of the evaluated business or equipment, so that the coverage amounts, and the customer’s monthly premium correspond with their actual value, helping the company save on high premium costs. It should be noted that a high evaluation and premium do not necessarily mean the coverage will be high in the event of loss.

In such cases, the insurance company’s compensation is based on the real value and not on the high premium and insurance payments paid by the customer (“overinsurance”).

Alternatively, when the insurance amount is insufficient, the insurance company will cut the insurance compensation proportionally with the loss (“underinsurance”), so that in fact, the insured customer’s financial loss increases even more.

Zagul’s surveyors accurately adhere to the fidelity of the details, so the customer’s coverage amount is aligned with reality.
